# HireGPS

> CV analysis for job seekers. HireGPS checks a CV against the role you choose with recruiter logic written as rules, so the same confirmed CV and target role get the same score on the same engine version. Each analysis returns a score from 0 to 100, a Shortlist, Hold or Reject decision, a risk breakdown across eight categories and 40 named recruiter risks, and CV rewrite suggestions; Premium adds interview questions built around your highest-severity risks. An AI language model reads your CV and the job posting into structured fields and writes the rewrite suggestions, interview questions and career guidance; the score and the decision come from the rules, not from an AI model.
